How To Order Your Pet Memorial

Ordering your personalised Pet Memorial is both easy and personal. Simply browse our collection online, select your preferred stone and design.

To order you have 3 options

1. Upload your image to be engraved by clicking on the Choose file button (only for products that include an image engraving)
Then in the input box add your words to engrave, followed by your font choice (if no font is stated our default font is Lucida Bright) and any other instructions that you have.
We will send you a draft to check before engraving

2. Use our designer tool. This is located under the add to basket button, do not add to basket first, as this is an option in the designer tool after you have finalised your design. When you purchase the design is automatically sent to us.

3. Email or WhatsApp us to work with us to design your memorial

You can also add one of our motif graphics to your engraving or send us one of your own. You can also choose a font

Alternatively after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to send us your chosen text and image, along with any specific instructions, or if you have designed your own you can upload a JPG or PDF file of your design.

We will create a draft of your memorial and email it to you for review. You can then provide feedback on any changes you require. Once you have approved the final adjustments, we will create your memorial and send you a picture of it for your final approval before dispatch.

Images: High-quality outdoor images are best for engraving. We will edit the image by removing the background, converting it to greyscale, and adjusting the gamma, among other refinements.
